About L’Air du Paradis
Geneviève and Gilles Azam grow and vinify 100% Mauzac from clay and sandstone soils at 450–600 metres above sea level near Roquetaillade in southern France.
Traditional Ancestral Method
Bottling takes place during fermentation so the naturally produced carbon dioxide is retained. The wine is certified organic (AB).
Tasting Notes
Green apple, white pear and white flowers with a gentle honeyed note. Fine bubbles and a refreshing finish make it appealing as an aperitif or with cheese and food.
