How to Order

  1. Add the products you want to your cart.
  2. Review your cart.
  3. Enter your contact information and shipping address.
  4. Select a payment method.
  5. Review and place your order.

Payment Methods

Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express)

Payment is made in one instalment. Instalment and bonus payments are not available at checkout. If you wish to change to instalments after your order is confirmed, please contact your card issuer directly.

If a payment error occurs, try another available payment method. We may contact you to verify first-time or high-value orders. We may cancel an order if fraud-prevention checks identify information that cannot be verified.

Receipts

After your order is dispatched, we will email a shipping confirmation. Use the link in that email to issue and download a receipt. You can set the addressee and description when issuing it.

Receipts are generally not enclosed with orders or mailed as paper copies.

Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If you receive an incorrect item or one that is clearly damaged or defective, please contact us within five days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange or refund after confirming the issue. We will provide the return address and cover return shipping. Please retain the carrier’s delivery slip.

Cancellations and Changes

As a rule, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a change is possible before dispatch.

Important Information About Alcohol Sales

You must meet the legal age requirement applicable to your purchase and delivery destination. We verify age when an order is placed, and identification may be required at delivery. The parcel must be received by its intended recipient.
