When Goods Are Dispatched
Orders without a requested delivery date are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days of the order date.
Charges Beyond the Product Price
Carriers and Delivery Areas
Within Japan, orders are delivered nationwide by Yamato Transport. For international orders with alcohol content up to 24% ABV, Japan Post EMS or international parcel service may be available, subject to destination-specific quantity limits, customs charges and changing carrier rules. Please consult Japan Post international mail conditions. Products at 25% ABV or above may be shipped by DHL where permitted; special packaging and additional packaging fees may apply.
Shipping Charges
Within Japan, standard shipping is ¥950 including tax, or ¥1,500 to Hokkaido and Okinawa. Orders of ¥10,000 or more to one address in Honshu, Shikoku or Kyushu qualify for free standard shipping. For Hokkaido and Okinawa, the charge is ¥950 for such orders. Refrigerated delivery adds ¥220.
International charges vary by destination. After your order, we will adjust the shipping charge as needed and send a confirmation email.
When Payment Is Taken
Payment is processed when the product is purchased. The date on your statement varies by payment service and card issuer.
